I’m running Windows Server 2008R2 Standard . My SEPM Manager is running on Version 12.1.2015.2015 . There are only one SEPM Manager and I’m managing total 8 country in Asia which all running in GUP server . All the GUP server is communicating to the SEPM Manager to get update and the Client will communicate to GUP for the definition. The issue is all the country were working fine and only one country is having issue where the GUP server is not getting the Update . As i get mention from Symantec there is some issue on Version 12 maybe a Bug . As i check on the Shared Folder where there no any contain . Is there any way or solution i could able to get . Please advise .

Yes the version of the GUP is same at the SEPM Manager and the firewall port is open between the data center and the country . I  have forgot to mention where the GUP servers are running on Vmware . Is that will cause any issue .

check the port 2967 if thats open, if it had created the shared folder then it means that it took the role of GUP. Check if the GUP is communicating with the Manager.

Delete the GUP role and assign it again, check if that populates defs in the shared folder.

Replace the sylink file with other working system and then click on "Update Policy" from GUP Client
