my hp nc4200 notebook wont let me boot. during the “Initializing Symantec Endpoint Encryption” the computer shuts down. And I cant change the time and date in the bios cant access it.
Would really like a solution to this issue.
....saying the laptop fails to even boot into the SEE environment, suggests the SEE installation may be corrupt.
I'm afraid it sounds as if you will have to contact your IT Administrators to backup and perform a forced decrypt of the machine.
