Well, its that time of year.  At least in my timezone it is!

With 2008 now behind us, I'd like to personally say a big thank you to everyone here on the forums for helping us to lay the foundations for a fantastic community that is only going to grow and become better in the coming year.

As most of you know, 2008 has been a year of both trial, tribulation and in the latter months a large degree of success (for both us and our customers) as we have moved through the year and its various maintenance releases.  I personally believe SEP is the greatest endpoint security product since the business began (I wouldn't be here if I didn't) and can't wait to see how people react to what we have planned for the product line in this coming year.  New features, new ideas, new protection technologies, they are all coming and have the potential to really change this industry for the better.

As is traditional at this time of year, my resolution for this year is to try and have more input into the community - there have been times when I simply haven't had time to post or catch up with people's questions and for that I apologise.  Going forward I will do my best to allocate time each week that I spend on the forums.  Some of you have my contact details - if you think I've missed something important then please feel free to email me, YIM or PM me - I will respond. 

This community is already very strong with many members in the 100's of post counts, so lets all look to share the knowledge we have acquired over the past year with others on here who are just starting their SEP journey so that it can be a short and successful one!

Some of you I have met in person, others online via YIM and eMail but tonight I say to all, I wish you a very happy new year and a prosperous 2009!
