Hard drive problem

This issue has been solved. See solution.

I installed a 1 tetra bite hard drive (Seagate) but I cannot get access to it as my PC says I have to be an Administrator. I am the only person that uses my computer so I must be the Administrator, right? How can I get access to it and then clone my 500 GB hard drive to it?

...er, this isn't a Symantec issue. This is a Microsoft query.

If you are an admin, then something else is blocking access to that.
