I realize this isn't a Ghost issue, but thought I would pick some brains....
Environment: XP x64 SP2, One Image, Several models GSS 2.5 Suite
We are testing some HP Blade Workstations and they have a video card that has an Audio attachment that is not used per the OEM.
So, once I install the video driver, it works great. But HP does not include a driver for the built on Audio, so I get pop ups for, 4 unknown devices, after reboot, because hardware part is not used by the blades..
Problem is, when I image some of these blades they are going to come up and ask for the Unknown Hardware device (4 Times)
I have asked HP, if they are going to fix this, and am in limbo on an answer...
Is there a way around this. I have never came across an issue like this before, I seem to always find the driver.
We have over 700 blades and I don't want to have to go in and disable the device hardware..
Any help is appreciated..
