  • 1.  Hardware failure on a server after installing SEP 12.1

    Hello everyone,

     

    I got an HP PROLIAN ML150 G6 on which after installing sep, showed a blue screen with the following: Hardware failure, please contact support.

    window  server 2003 is installed and to be sure that the antivirus was the problem, I booted on safe mode, uninstalled and then restart.

    everything is working fine after that. I hope you can help, thanks in advance.

    What are the components of SEP you are trying to install.

    Try to install only Anti Virus and Anti Spyware and see if that helps.

    If even with AV&AS only still fail, try to capture full memory dump n open support case..

     

    32 or 64 bits>?

    I've tried that and happened the same thing, problem is I can't try many things, the server is critical to the costumer.

    It's the 12.1.1101.401

    It's 32 bit I've opened a case with support I'll update the status if they find a solution.

    I have the same issue on a Windows 2003 32-bit server?

    Did you found a  solution?
