Hardware Request Workflow Error

Hi,
I am new to workflow I install SMP 7.1 SP2 on one machine and Servicedesk 7.1 with workflow on another system SQL server 2008 is installed on Servicedesk server system.
I configured the Servicedesk and published the Asset Management Workflows in Workflow Server but when I click on Hardware Request link I get this error
An error has occurred. Please try your request later or contact property [ProfileProperties].asset_process_settings_critical_error_contact_name does not exist at property [ProfileProperties].asset_process_settings_critical_error_contact_info does not exist.
can any one help me in this error

Hi Kasooti,
The configuration of the Asset Management Workflows has a number of steps, and has definitely caused some confusion before.
You can find detailed instructions in the Asset Management Use Guide (Chapter 13): http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=DOC4669
It's not clear from your comments if you ran the Post-install Wizard, which would likely have caused your application properties not to be deployed. Did you run that Wizard? Please review the Configuring Asset Management Suite workflows section of Chapter 13 in that document, as well as the other sections. Hopefully that helps resolve your issue!
