Hardware & Software Request error: Value cannot be null

    I'm receiving the follow error when attempting to load both the Software Request and the Hardware Request forms:

     

    Process Name: Software Request Model Name: Initializing Variables Error Component: Get Requester Info By Email Error Message: Value cannot be null. Parameter name: uriString Error StackTrace: System.ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null. Parameter name: uriString at System.Uri..ctor(String uriString) at System.Web.Services.Protocols.WebClientProtocol.set_Url(String value) at Symantec.Workflow.Asset.Core.AssetDataServices.MyService.set_Url(String value) at Symantec.Workflow.Asset.Core.Components.WebServiceComponents.DataServices.GetUserByEmailComponent.Run(IData data) at LogicBase.Core.ExecutionEngine.SinglePathProcessComponentExecutionDelegate.Execute(IData data, IOrchestrationComponent comp, String& outputPath, IExecutionEngine engine, TLExecutionContext context) at LogicBase.Core.ExecutionEngine.AbstractExecutionEngine.RunComponent(TLExecutionContext context, IData data, IOrchestrationComponent comp)

     

     

    Any ideas on where I can start looking?  I'm new to Workflows and SD7 so any input would be appreciated!
