IT Management Suite

Has anyone successfully packaged IE11 with prerequisites and not used a VBScript?  Any guidance would be appreciated.  We have imported the prerequisites and language packs into the software library and specified them as a dependency of IE11, but the client continues to go out to the internet to download those same prerequisites.  We have also created a job that is supposed to run the prerequisites prior to installing IE11, but the IE installation continues to go to the internet to download.  We are not currently using the patch solution.

It may be that the prerequisites are requiring a restart so the main package can't see them. Try putting a restart Task into the policy after the pre reqs and before the IE install.
