  • 1.  Having Error when switch to Computer mode/user mode

    When i trying to switch from a user mode to computer mode encounter below error message

     

    user [username\domain] already exist in the group "[group name]"

     

    do anyone facing this before?

     

    SEPM Version: 11.0.6100.645

    Client Version: 11.0.6100.645

    serach for that instance from SEPM console, from message it looks like it will be a double entry.

    there could be multiple entry; do u see green dot next to the the user icon? did you sync from AD?

    Hello,

    Easy Steps.

    Except the clients with the computer icon (computer mode), Delete all those clients which show a different Icon and you would not have duplicate enteries.

    Concentrate on those clients which have a computer icon.
