This is how my environment is setup.



You don't need to sync the databases. You need to setup Inventory Forwarding from your CMS to your Helpdesk so that Assets and Contacts are available in Helpdesk.

- recive notification from CMS to open new incident ( notification)

- create incident when i request new software install from portal

- using carbon copy from helpdesk server

i think my question is not clear

i want just to know how can i do to forword incident created in Alert manager to external helpdesk and the solution must be installed in helpdesk server to use all fonctionality in helpdesk solutions like

* remote control

* accept or denied install software issue created by SWD solution
