    Hello, I have Symantec Mail Secuirty for SMTP 5.0.1 with Pacth 189 but de spam definitions are download and no are applied.
     
    The Last Spam Filter Update is no refresh o updated.
     
    All services are running and the folders in c:\Program files\Symantec\SMSMTP\scanner\rules no update.

    You should check your conduit log as it is the component that downloads filters.  Is your license still valid or has it expired?  I'd advise contacting Symantec Support for assist.

    Thanks a lot, The license is valid.
     
    The file of license of folder Licences was deleted and the new file of license was aplied and the problem was resolved.
