I have a problem, I can't update my antivirus program, by the way the auto protect are disabled (virus action ?). The listed viruses are Trojan Vundo, W32 Spybot worm, Infostealer and Security risk.
My Outlook receives several "Mail Delivery System"
I used the FixVundo but......
What can I do ????

Please run NSS
Please run NSS in safe mode

Step 1
Download the Norton Security Scan.
DOWNLOAD
Click Save.
Save the file on to your desktop.
Create a new folder in C: with the following name: NSS
On the Desktop, double-click the NortonSecurityScan.exe file that you downloaded.
Click Run.
Click Browse and then navigate to the following folder: C:\NSS
Click Unzip.
Click OK.
Step 2. Internet access by default is required to update and run the scan.
Run the Norton Security Scan
Start Windows Explorer.
Navigate to the following folder:
C:\NSS
Double-click NSS.exe
Click Full System Scan and then click Start Scan.
Follow the prompts.
Once the scan finishes, restart the computer.

NSS should help ... You could also check for...
NSS should help however you could also check if the host file is Edited OR Tampered by any chance...
Host File Location:
D:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts

1.sysclean.com(http://www.trendmicro.com/download/sysclean.asp)
2.latest pattern file( lpt$vpn)(http://www.trendmicro.com/download/apac/pattern.asp)
3.latest spyware pattern file (http://www.trendmicro.com/download/apac/pattern.asp)
Start the system in safe mode and run sysclean.com and let the system perform fu
ll scanning.
