Now that's interesting.
Did you reboot?
Try to do an smc -stop / smc -start and see if it comes back.
Has this happened when upgrading other clients?

try doing a repair from add/remove programs,
there is no settting to Hide HELP from the SEPM console.

i upgrade from 11.7
i try to install a new client on a second pc and same situation happen again
Try a repair or even a uninstall/reinstall

Did you run cleanwipe first to fully remove everything?

Fresh install is a new installation which means no SEP was installed before on the machine.
But you mentioned on your last feedback "upgrade to 11.0 RU7" so ... Is it a migration or really a new installation on a clean machine ?
Which 11.0 RU7 version exactly ?
11.0 RU7 RTM ? 11.0 RU7 MP1 ? 11.0 RU7 MP2 ?
What is the OS where you tried to install SEP ?
With which Windows account did you run the install of the package ?
Where the package is coming from ? File Connect ? Exported from SEPM Console ?
Could you attach the SEP_inst.log ? => It could be retrieved on the temporary directory %TEMP%

Could you please confirm the upgrade path? Please provide OS details as well.
Please try with fresh install of SEP.
latest SEP version is SPE RU7 MP2.

Just scroll the window to the right. The Help button should emerge.
Are you using a small monitor? Normally, SEP client windows cannot be changed in size but AFAIK they are adapting themselves to the monitor size.
I turn off all my virtual server and client yesterday and turn on today and the button appear
was wear :D
