Help cant use my support portal or download 12.5
Can someone at symantec please help. I am trying to log a call via the mysupport page but the company and site drop down lists are blank, so when I click nextit flags it as an error. Mysupport isnt much help when you cant log technical and no technical support requests!!
Also when trying to download the new 12.5 distribution I get all the way to the download screen then when I click to download it asks me to log back in, I do so and then it reports a username password problem. Whats going on??
