  • 1.  Help with Creating CMDB Rule

    I have never had the need to create a CMDB rule so am very green at it.  

    What I need to do is take some information that is already gathered about a user with the Active Directory import and add that to an attribute for a user.

    I would like to take the users Office Location and use that for "Location" of the user.  This is going to be for ServiceDesk.

    Any input would be appreciated.
