help customizing 'guest template'
Hi There, Can anyone help me with the following:
Need to change the guest form banner from “incident request – Guest” to something more appropriate for our organisation.
Need to add additional labels to the template eg Work Base, Location and then get this additional information to appear in the comment field of the incident when it appears in the helpdesk.

Start with kb.altiris.com and look at the following:
KB40604 - Helpdesk Product Guide
KB32513 - Helpdesk Integration Guide
KB39911 - Add scalar fileds
KB39840 - Add lookup fileds
After looking at these (in this order) you are able to answer it yourself.
The proces is "to big" to just put it here.
