Help Desk User Having Issue Accessing Web Console
I have a help desk admin that I setup with Symantec Level 2 Workers Role. He had been working fine for some time. Today he tried to get to the console and receives this error when he accesses from his comuter. However when he uses his laptop he is able to access. It's a domain account and all other admins of altiris work just fine so I think the issue is specific to his computer. Anyone have any tips on maybe clearing his settings out when he accesses the web console? Thanks!!!
