  • 1.  Help to find Costumer's Email Notification

    Hello,

     

    I'm having hard time to find the component that edits the email that a costumer receives when he submits a Incident.

    That email containing "Incident: IM-XXXXXX is being created."

    I have to make some modifications on it.

     

    Can anyone help me?

    This component is in SD.IncidentManagement > Model: Primary > Set Permissions and Notify Contacts Embedded Model
