Help with icons name and folders not in catalog

Hello
 
I have a question about archive on tape. For first please give me information about this icons? What does it mean?
 
 
And for this "folders on right" I don't see this when I pasted path to "path" in search. but when I pasted name of folder - this item will be in result of search.

but I have other Questions with "folders not in catalog"

 

 

In path v:\archive\* i have thousands folders -they have numbers name.
From this folder after backup to tape I was deleted any folders from v:\archive\*
I have about 20 job with backup all folders from this path. These jobs will be even more.
In search catalog in BackupExec 2012 I not see all folders names have numbers when I put path "archive\" and select "Find directories only". But when I put additionally specific date I see missed folders.
