    Do you have BESR? Do you have Altiris? Are you just looking for the connector information?

    I have the Altiris and BESR cd for installation but I don't have any idea how to do that?

    Is it install the Altiris first then follow by the BESR? Connector information? May I know the connector information is using for what and where to get it?

    Please kindly advise.

    documentation. It also depends on what version of Altiris and BESR. The connector is just a solution that plugs into the Altiris console that allows you to view and interact in a limited fashion (Tasks, reports, etc) with the BESR install.

    I read from other forum, they mention that the Symantec Installation Manager is similar to the Altiris Installation Manager but does this mean that once I install the Symantec Installation Manager + BESR + connector = FINISH? By the way, where can I get the connector??
