       I have a win xp (ntfs) image that I need to modify, like deleting software, I know ghost explorer lets you modify images but I don't think that's the case for ntfs partitions, is there any other ghost apps for this?

    Full NTFS editing of images in Ghost Explorer was one of the new features in 2.0 - doing this required some extensions to the image file format, so as well as the 2.x Explorer you also need the 2.0 version of Ghost to actually restore the modified images.
