well assuming its small enough you should be able to just burn the thing to dvd as data using any cd burning tool.  i think your question might be how to take that gho file and make it a bootable recovery disk though.  I used the ghost boot disk creator to make a dos based boot disk ISO file.  then i used WinISO to open that ISO and inject the .gho files.  you could automate this so that the image auto executes but i didnt want that to happen accidentally if someone left the disk in the drive.  after the boot disk fires up you can just go ghost, disk from image, and point at your gho file.
