Upgrade

There were a lot of these RTVScan errors either while scan or shutdown till the version 10.1.5, Even our users compain about it. We really havent noticed this error on the higher versions. If not SEP, 10.1.8.8000 is a good and stable version.

De facto when AV does something, it starts jumping up and down, waving its arms, and shouting "Hey!  I found a virus!  Look at me!  I'm soooo goooood!"

But Doesnt MR4 MP1a have a lot of known issues. You might as well stay on 10.1.8.8000 or go to MR4 MP2

Not really, It's getting close to the standard now. Looks like you havent had 11.0.776 in your environment ever :)

Upgrade....more

You do have a version that's obviously higher than SAV but not the latest. MR2MP1a(11.4.4010) has been around for quite some time now. You can grab a copy from https:\\fileconnect.symantec.com
