File Share Encryption

I bought a license for PGP Whole Disk Encryption in january 2010. Now I want to reinstall it to enother computer, but I can not download it from Symantec Licensing Portal. I downloaded and installed a PGP Desktop 10.0.0, but I can not activate it. When I tried to add my license, while authorization, programm informed me : An error has occured: host not found. 

What should I do? How could I get a Licens Authorization ?

All licensing issues are handled by Customer Care.

If it ask for a company name, use Authorized Company and for the user, use Authorized User.

To Creizz: It does not work too...Well, I am waiting for a Customer Care response.
