Endpoint Protection

I run SEP MR4 on Windows Server 2003, everything running smooth and no problem. But today that server shown me this message. Can anybody explain what happen on my SEP?

Latest version of SEP is available.. Pls download it and install it.

The reason for getting the error is  The system has quarantined a large number of files in the following location:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\Quarantine

Even deleting will help

Delete all files from the folder:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\Quarantine

Reboot the server and try.
if not helps as shp suggested upgrade to RU5(11.0.5).it is the latest version available .A lot of fixes are present in this version related to rtvscan

you may need to install clean SEP again..

Try to run a FULL SYSTYEM SCAN in safe mode with the lateset virus defintion .

On my SEP Quarantine folder, the size is not too big just 4.79 MB.

After delete all files and folder on Quarantine folder, I still got some problem...

Finally I decide to update from MR4 to MR5. Right now the server is under our monitoring...
I really noting happen and will update this status immediately.

After Upgrade to MR5 the problem never show anymore. I hope never happenig again...
