Help with Trial version of Symantec Scan Engine 7.8

    Hi,

     

       My company is evaluating the Symantec Scan Engine for Cloud, I have downloaded the trial version of Symantec scan engine for cloud version 7.8, and done the following steps

     

    1. Installed on server running windows 2008 R2, changed the service to run under an administrator account

    2. Place the trial license under the C:\ProgramData\Symantec Shared\Licenses folder

    3. Opened port 1344 through Inbound firewall rule.

    4. Using the symcsmsnetapi to connect to the scan engine from my computer using CreateStreamScanRequest

     

    When I run my sample program

     

    I get the following error

    ERR_SUCCESSFUL_CONN

    Could you please let me know the possible reasons and how I could resolve this issue?
