    Hi all,

    I'm running Ghost 8.2, the server is Windows 2000 Advanced Server, the source pc is a HP7600c.  All the NICs and switches on the server and pc are set to 100 Full Duplex.  The drivers on the server and the pc have been upgraded to the latest from the Broadcom site.  There are 2 Broadcom NICs on the server.  One is capable of 1Gb transfer but is set to 100 Full Duplex.

    When I go to capture the image I notice right away that on the Starting PC Dos screen, the line speed indicated is 100 Half Duplex.  When Ghost starts, the capture is very slow (20 - 30Mb).  Normally it would be 450 - 650Mb.

    Please advise.  Thanks.

    Make sure you have the 7.65 broadcom drivers w/ ghost.  Put that in the templates folder of symantec ghost if you haven't.

    When you select driver, under it's template properties with the NDIS Driver tab, be sure to put the following paramaters in the text box "Parameters"

    Linespeed =100
    Duplex=full

    That will force the driver to use those settings.

    Hope that helps.

    I'm using the new ghost console 11.0.1.1533 and it is using NDIS2. Download it from intel and create new nic profile.
