Helpdesk and Microsoft CRM

Is there a way to connect helpdesk with the Microsoft CRM or Navision? We need this to synchronize data.
Or is there maybe some altiris product for project managament.

Servicedesk 7
The new ServiceDesk 7 has the capability to connect to "external" systems using Workflow. However this would require a full Workflow 7 license.
If your AUP is up tp date you can upgrade to the new Service Desk 7 which is planned to be released by end of August.
