Helpdesk - error Categories inactive to active
1. When I activate an inactive categories, I get this error An unexpected error has occurred. {0}, ok doesn't work I keep getting this errror.
2. How soon after you activate a categories, do you see it on new incident, can you speed this process up.
New alriris administrator, just learning.

Update: It does show up as a new category in a new incident. I just get that error.

It is best to close the browser and open a new one. The new category will be added immediately.
As for your other error, make sure there are no duplicate categories at the same level. This could cause an error. I have experienced that myself. Again, try a new browser to see if your changes took place or not, especially if you are doing alot of edits at once.
