We're using SEE 11.1 on a server 2008 R2 machine, I need to give the helpdesk analysts access to assist users in the password recovery feature on the Symantec pre-boot environment.
The helpdesk analysts are windows desktop users (all domain joined) and have no remote logon access to the SEE server and so need the helpdesk recovery tool available on their local machines.
What packages need to be installed on the desktops so the team can add the helpdesk MMC snap in and assist users over the telephone?
