    Hi everyone, 

    I want cleanwipe 12.1.5 took to remove Symantech 12.1.5 from system because when I open symantech it's not opening & in notification area symantech not showing. Please help

    It's located in the Tools directory of your 12.1.5 download.

    Can you have seen in add or remove program, try to remove from there..

    Hi,

    Thank you for posting in Symantec community.

    I would suggest to run the repair if you see it's listed under add/remove programs.

    Do you have SEP 12.1 RU5 setup files?

    Cleanwipe is now located in the Tools directory of your 12.1.5 Part2 download.

    Support can also provide if required.

    Dear Team,

    I have checked it Symantec is not showing in add/remove program but while installing the new setup it is prompting that symantec already installed in the system. Please provide me the cleanwipe utility link to uninstall 12.1.5 version.
