I want to install Altiris Client Management Suite 7 but I don't have internet connection to the server..
Is it possible to download(All component) manually from Symantec site and point that repository for installation?

i believe you require the
i believe you require the internet connection as SIM always check for it and download new updates.
You can download the msi and distribute it to your env by creating a package but for this you require to have SIM with NS and your solution to be installed on your one of your machine
create a package and distribute in your env.
I dont know how licensing will be effected in this case.

What you need ot od is build
What you need ot od is build an offline installation pack. On a computer you have access to the internet on, just install SIM and select Offline Installation. to build the zip file. THen you take the file to your server and perform the installation.
All the files you need to install will be downloaded and available to install w/o being connected to the internet.
