Hello,

Does anyone know how to actually disable Event IDs 3357 and 3348 from appearing in Event Log?  These warning messages are related to  mailboxes not being able to be processed until Exchange Provisioning task has processed.

According to a Symantec article,  you can set HideMissingPolicyInfoErrors registry key to '1' to disable these messages but it doesn't seem to work.  I'm running EV 7.5 sp5.

Thank You

Are you by chance using a 64 bit OS?  If yes you need to put the registry key under the Wow6432node.

Have you doubled checked the registry key to make sure it is correct?

Also, is it the journal task or mailbox task producing the events?
