Symantec Management Platform (Notification Server)

I have a hierarchy setup and everything seems to be replicating fine...

This is my setup

NC - Main server, NS, CMS, Package Service (unconstrained)
         Site Server - Package Service, Task Service (constrained)

FL - Main Server - NS, Package Service (constrained)
        Site Server - Task Service, Package Service (constrained)

eventually this setup will increase to site servers at each location we have with only FL, CT, and NC having a NS because we will be capturing images from those locations.


Now here is the question. Do I need to set up CMS on the Sever here in Florida? I don't see any of the packages replicating down so when I try to initate a task of deploying a deployment site server here in Florida (for image capping), nothing ever happens. I only see 6 packages on my severs here in Florida compared to over 50 on the server in my NC datacenter. Is there a box or something I didn't check?

be installed on both parent and child NSes in the hierarchy if you want to see solution specific packages/ tasks/policies replicate down the hierarchy.
That is the reason I guess you are seeing only 6 packages on child NS those are default come with the NS installation.

Apart from this, the packages that default come with the solution installation e.g. solution plug-in installation packages, are not replicated down the hierarchy.
