High Disk Space is being consumed by C:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\data\outbox\Importpackage

    In the following folder, there is about 250 MB worth of files created every day: C:\Program Files (x86)\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\data\outbox\ImportPackage

    I can go in an delete these files, but they come back the following day.
    There is an article listed that says this is supposed to be fixed in version 12.1.3 (Fix ID: 2914951/3118490)  http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH206828

    I'm running Version 12.1.3001.165 and the issue is not resolved. Anyone else having this same issue, and is there a permanet fix for this?

    Haven't seen it on mine. Would suggest a support call though.

    You need to involve support team becaue issue is already fixed in SEP 12.1 RU3.

    These are both enabled.

    Symantec support had me delete all of the Install Packages for each group under the Clients tab. There were 6 packages in total deleted. I'll monitor this over the next few days to see if this sovles the issue.

    Symantec support had me delete all of the Install Packages for each group under the Clients tab. There were 6 packages in total deleted. I'll monitor this over the next few days to see if this sovles the issue. 

     

    After doing the above, the problem still exists.
