What  Symantec product and version are you using? What is the server OS? Any other Symantec applications or Windows services being run on this server?

Same issue but my server (2003 R2) is running 10.1.6... The article says to go to 10.0.2...

Are you seeing any events in the System log?

Yes. It's fairly quick. After a restart of the server it's fine... Once users start hitting it I then get Source: Srv Event ID 2020 errors... Which is "The server was unable to allocate from the system paged pool because the pool was empty." Then shortly after that users cannot access the server and the server locks up...  If I disable Symantec AV service it stops... Start the service, its begins again.
