HII image causes PS2 keyboard Mouse to stop working(Code 32)

We have a HII image built and when deployed to the HP DC5750 desktops, it causes the Keyboard and Mouse drivers in Device manager to show a Code 32, and locally the machine can only be operated by USB keyboard and Mouse.
The issue can be replicated by building the machine with the HII image, and use the PS2 keyboard and mouse to reboot the machine. From that point on the PS2 Keyboard and mouse will stop being functional in windows(Regular and Safemode). The HII only loads the normall HP drivers and nothing else.

Trying to edit my original thread(Cant figure out how)
The PS2 K/M works in the bios and to select Windows Modes, just not when in Windows.
