Host Integrity Failed - SNAC not installed

One client is showing Host Integrity Failed, but I have not installed SNAC anywhere. 

 

Any ideas?

same problem, at the moment we are testing with 150 clients in various locations and only one shows

host integrity failed.

 

os: xp sp2 

sep version:11.0.2000.1567
