we have configured host integrity in prevent mode but we are going to configure
in detection mode so our client requirement is host integrity failed on client machine then automatically a text file should be create on SEPM server related to logs.
Login to SEPM and go to the Monitors page >> Logs tab
Set the following:
Log type: Compliance Log content: Client Host Integrity
These settings will provide the logs you need.
