Hi,
We are licensed for SNAC. But when i tried to create HI policy, i found that the Host Integrity template in policies are missing.
How to get that back
Have you installed SNAC product ?
host integrity policies are part of Symantec Network Access Control component.
Hi
My clients are showing network access control.
How to verify whether my manager is having SNAC installed?
you can verify by checking the services.msc for Symantec Network Access Control are started mode.
You can also check in Add/remove program.
Symantec Network Access Control service is in Start mode
What exact SEPM version are you using ? Does before SNAC Host Integrity template are available ?

Can you provide a screenshot?
RU5 now has HI rolled up into it, no separate licensing.
Upgrade to SEP 12.1.5 or else you will have to update it separately.
Also after activating the NAC with license you will have to run a liveupdate once so the Host Integrity template gets downloaded.
Regards
The HI inclusion seems like quite a major change, I missed that in the release notes!
I wonder if this should really be 12.2 (new way of storing content, new SQLAnywhere version, HI included...)
HI policy is missing? Default policies can not be deleted. Make sure you are looking at correct location.
Could you confirm the SEPM version?
