Please check the communication between media server and master. Make sure the nslookup works fine from media to master and vice versa. Why you still have 6.5 on it; upgrade it .

seems you are trying this command from the Media server.

try this command from Master/EMM server and see how it results...

vmoprcmd -activate_host <medianservername> -h device_host

Check media server for running processes:

bpps -x

Ensure pbx as well as Media Manager processes are running.
Probably a good idea to restart NBU and pbx on media server.

I agree with above post - why still on 6.5? Support ended a year ago.
Please upgrade!

it looks like there is a log on script running and keeping the logs in FS /oits-logs

and its 100% Full...

you need to get the celan-up and make some space  to move forward...

.... kindly suggest ....

The space issue does not seem to have anything to do with NBU. Speak to the server owner.

We keep on suggesting and you don't respond to suggestions!
Have you sorted out the space issue on the media server?
Have you checked processes running on the media server? And restarted NBU and pbx?
And seen advice to upgrade NBU on this media server?

After opening the port backup is completed successfully
