Hosted Exchange Repeatedly Prompts for Password

I am running the latest version of SEP Small Business on a Windows 7 x64 computer with Outlook 2007 installed. Since installing the product, a user is repeatedly prompted for their hosted Exchange 2003 password while using Outlook. This can happen up to 5 times a day at seemingly random times. I do not have the firewall product enabled/installed, but everything else is.
The problem doesn't occur when the product is uninstalled. Any ideas what could be causing this? Thanks.

Which is the version you are installed.In windows 7 you have to use only 12RU1 (12.0.1)version only

That's the version I'm using. It is the latest as far as I know.

What is the strength of the users password? Have them set it to a stronger password and see if that fixes the issue.
