Endpoint Protection

Follow these steps:

1. On the Centralized Exceptions Policy page, click Centralized Exceptions.

2. Under Centralized Exceptions, click Add > Windows Exceptions > Security Risk Exceptions > Known Risks.

3. In the Known Security Risk Exceptions dialog box, cann't find XM.Mailtab@mm risk

this way doesn't work.

another way,    

• Create a blank Centralized Exceptions policy.
  1. Under the Policies view, select the Centralized Exceptions option, then click Add a Centralized Exceptions Policy.
  2. Enter a name for the policy and then click OK.
• Click the Monitors view.
• Under the Logs tab, change the Log Type to Risk.
• Click the View Log button to open the Risk Logs page.
• Select the risk you want to exclude.
• From the Action drop-down list, select Add Risk to Centralized Exceptions Policy, then click Start.

but from popout box, there is no risk record as XM.Mailtab@mm risk , so can not add to Exceptions

cannot find the malware XM.Mailtab@mm on symantec db

that's the point, how to add this kind of risk to exception.

Customer want to avoid the bother from all this kind of risk.
