Hi Gary,
Are you referring to the Blacklist here? Maybe you can give some details on what exactly you are trying to do, are you looking to block end users from accessing the IP addresses in that range?

Yes, I want to block end users to accessing IP 68.68.107.0/24 that range. How can I add IP range block to SWG?

Hi Gary,
I wasn't able to add the full subnet to the Blacklist, but what I did to achieve this was use a script to generate a text file with all the IP's in the range and then I used the Blacklist Upload functionality to add all of the IP's to my Blacklist.
