How to add disclaimer after ESM console installation? the configure disclaimer menu is grey out, how to enable?

After I checked the settings before and after, this is the solution:

1. Create disclaimer.rtf and put at ESM console installation dir

2. Create two reg keys under ESM Enterprise Console

DisclaimerChecksum REG_SZ => checksum, u can use md5sums to create

DisclaimerSS REG_SZ => password to configure the disclaimer

3. Reopen ESM console, it will show the disclaimer.
