Symantec Cloud is blocking one of our remote management applications. How do I unblock it?

Policies tab under Service / Endpoint Protection select your policy and go under Network Protection and click the + sign next to Program Control and select Add Discovered Program. Just search for the name and add it
Thanks for the procedure, but I don't see Network Protection anywhere. Please see the attached screenshot of my browser window.

You're in the System policy section, you need to be in the Endpoint Protection policy which is linked underneath it
