  • 1.  How to Archive Quarantine spam messages?

    Dear All,

    I'm using Symantec Messaging Gateway 9.5.2, How can I archive quarantined messages only? because some of the genuine mails are hold in spam quarantine and deleted Accidently.

    We do not offer any archiving on the Messaging Gateway. You should look into a product like Enterprise Vault: http://www.symantec.com/enterprise-vault

    I think it would be better if you will create a policy

    • if message was quarantined
    • send a copy to specific email.

    this time you will have a fully copy of quarantined mail.
