We're dead in the water with it right now: not working with any machine with Mountian Lion. PGP Desktop 10.2.1 MP1 HF3.
Support for Mountain Lion is targetted for our 10.2.2 release that will be coming out sometime during the end of fall 2012. But we are working to get it included in a maintenance pack for support prior to that release date once we have all the code changes needed to support it.
There is a blog on this, I would follow that to stay current.

UPDATE AS OF 8/3/2012 - the bugs that are tracking the Mountain Lion compatability are being actively worked by Engineering and I think we are in line with getting a compatible release within a month.

If Ben you are indeed capable of producing a working version of PGP that properly functions on Mountain Lion within the month, then my hat is indeed off to you. I don't believe it. It took almost forever before Symantec came out with a Lion Compatible version. Does anyone wish to take bets how long it will take Symantec to make it compatible with Mountain Lion?
FYI: PGP Desktop 10.2.1 MP4 now rebranded as Symantec Encryption Desktop is available on Fileconnect at https://fileconnect.symantec.com
That release has Mac OS X 10.8.2 version of Mountain Lion OS support available
