How to assign permissions to the workflow process.

I would like to know how I can assign permissions to the workflow, for example, that should copy files from one computer to another. I configured such project but get access denied error from remote system. In Workflow 7 I could configure that from the console but in 7.1 I don’t know where to find this feature.
